Welcome, Northeast Texas ALO
A reservist is "fit for duty" and "ready" when they have completed the exams (annually), been cleared, received the forms SF 600, AF Form 4321 and DD form 2813, and had the data updated in the AF Medical System called PIMR (Preventive Health Assessment and Individual Medical Readiness). PIMR will not be updated automatically if you complete your RCPHA at another service's Military Treatment Facility [MTF] (Army, Navy, VA, etc.). PIMR will not be updated if AF facility does not have computer integrated into PIMR (as of OCT 07, JRB Ft.Worth was not online). HQ RMG/DOM will ensure that PIMR status is updated and forward forms for inclusion in member's medical records. If you get labs drawn (HIV) it is the member's responsibility to contact the MTF for their results. Once the member is given the results, send them forward to HQ RMG/DOM as listed above. Please always keep copies of your medical paperwork.
